update..
SO for awhile I was trying to maintain a 5 days a week running schedule.. but my knees didn't seem to like that so much.. So I'm now running 4 days a week, which somehow, seems to keep my knees happy. Hopefully after I've extended my long run, I'll add that other day. I'm planning on doing a 10k next month I just can't make up my mind to which one I want to do. I also found a half for the fall. I'm glad I found one.. I think it will really help me gear up for the marathon. Whats cool about it is we've been wanting to visit the place the run is at.. so thats pretty cool. I think thats about it.
