Yay! Starting phase 3 tomorrow!! This last week sucked.. big time. I just burned out. Plus I got sick. I'm over it, I only missed a day.. I'm ready for a new week. Because the week was so gloriously sucky, I didn't see much if any change like I've been seeing in weeks prior. If anything I look a little leaner.. Whhaa?? I'm complaining about looking leaner?? Yes.. I'm crazy... Actually, I've been working really hard on building muscle, so when it seems to lean out a little, its a bummer. I'm pretty positive I'm going to go back to phase 2 after I'm done. Maybe even start over, if I lose more muscle than I want. Either way, 8 weeks in, my body is looking good, I just have tiny muscles..
Besides all that, I got all out of whack on waking up and going to the gym early last week too.. All but 2 work outs were done at night.. and night work outs suck.. I did get some sprints in on my cardio days, I was getting so bored just doing cardio at a medium intensity, if I was going to do it, I needed it to be intense and fast. Luckily this phase all cardio is interval training.. so no more boredom.
The scale knocked down another pound. Super cool. Probably the muscle loss.. boo. I hope not. I haven't measured myself. But I am down 5 pounds! Although I'm caring less and less about the weight, and more about the inches.
Well that's about all I can muster at this point..Last week sucked.. This week is a new one.. hopefully it doesn't, and I'm able to get back on track.
