Finish line!

Well I have 2 days left, and then I will have completed Jamie Eason's livefit trainer. Woot!!
I'm starting to see actual muscle, even when I'm just sitting.. Its nice to see. I still have a ways a ago, but I'm in definitely in a better place physically and even mentally than when I started 12 weeks ago.
Phase 3 is tiring. Its a lot of cardio.. for me I think too much. I've seen hardly the amount of change I was seeing in this phase than in the past phases. Which is very opposite from what I read. Most people say the most change this phase.. I'm learning a ton though about fueling and my body's need, and I still have a long ways to go. I talked to someone today about why I wasn't seeing the cutting I'm supposed to be seeing, and his opinion was it was too much cardio, and maybe even too little carbs. So body is just burning out, instead of burning fat. Which makes sense. I'm just not sleeping as well, and I'm hungry, but not.. strange combination..But the biggest red flag was my sleeping. Last phase, I was getting the best sleep I think I've gotten since I've had kids.. Looking forward to getting back to that.. I've strayed from the program this week because it was a lot of cardio, it was steady state, which my body being efficient thanks to running, doesn't respond the way most peoples would. Its seems to respond better to HIIT than just running. Now I know. Overall my favorite phase has been phase 2. Every work out was super challenging and I loved the twice a week leg workout. Next time I might add on shoulders and triceps to the second leg days, as those areas are lagging.
I'll get the last of progress pics up as soon as I can.. I'm not in a picture taking mood at the moment. :)
Next up for me.. Repeat! Well partial. Taking what I've learned, I'm going to adjust it to fit me better. I'm also not doing the first 2 weeks of phase one. I'm skipping to the last 2, I might stay there for 4 weeks, or I might just move on to the 2nd phase. Either way I have 6 weeks before my anniversary vacation and I really want to look super hot for my hubby, so that is what I will be working on. ;)
I had a friend who is trainer at a crossfit gym teach me some Olympic lifting, and make sure I was doing stuff right. We decided to see what I can deadlift.. I can do 165!! Maybe a 170. we didn't try it. Which is crazy to me!! That 30 pounds over my weight!! I can squat my weight.. I also climbed a rope. I felt so strong! It was nice to see my training in action.
In other news I'm already planning my kiddos bdays!! Usually we go really low key. Elias bday will still be pretty low key, but mia's 6th is going to be soo awesome. I'm planning a magic kingdom bday. Our house and yard is going to transform to the magic kingdom. She is going to have tooooooo much fun. I'm excited she's finally old enough to really help plan and get excited about a party. In the past she's always been pretty impartial, hence the low key.
